About Me

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with over 6 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, parenting problems, communication disorders, ASD, and ADHD. I have worked with clients of all ages ranging from 3 to 95 and have done so in individual and group settings.

My counseling style is warm, collaborative, empowering, and interactive. I treat all my clients with respect, sensitivity, and compassion and my clinical approach is cognitive-behavioral. I strongly believe that our mindset is very powerful and it is important to evaluate our thinking style as it greatly contributes to the way we feel and the actions we take. I tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs and I will always challenge you to dive a little deeper and explore new opportunities.

There are not enough words to describe how incredible Hannah is. I tried a few therapists on BetterHelp before I found her. I was so close to giving up and am so glad I read through her bio and chose to give it one more shot. She's helped keep me grounded and just keep my sanity while in medical school. Hannah does an incredible job at making you feel heard and understood while still telling you the hard truths you may need to hear. Hannah is great at analyzing interpersonal relationships and is great at pointing out ways in which communication skills can be improved. She asks questions to lead you to understanding where another person is coming from and how to resolve conflict with loved ones.

I was very skeptical about starting therapy. I think I got so overwhelmed with life and I didn’t know where to begin so how can I expect a stranger to help me. Hannah has been great at making me feel normal, helping me to direct my emotions, helping me to make sense of them, and all around being comfortable in my skin.
